Lurks und Deutsche Tastatur

Hallo
Habe grade versucht Manjaro XFCE mit Lurks zu verschüsseln. Dazu habe ich ein Passwort mit sonderzeichen benutzt.
Das Passwort wird nicht aktzeptiert.
Noch einem getestet, diesmal ein einfaches passwort genommen, qwertz.
Dies wurde erkannt.
Ich vermute mal da ist noch die englische Tastatur aktiv. Ich kann das nochmal testen, aber ich frage hier erstmal nach ob das Problem bekannt ist und wie man es lösen kann.
Hier steht auch so was das meine Vermutung bestätigt. Aber ich verstehe nicht wie das gelöst wurde.

Nein denn es heisst nicht Lurks sondern Murks hast du gemacht.

Und wo ist angeblich deine Tastatur nicht auf deutsch? Auf deinem System oder auf der Live ISO?
Edit: in deinem Link steht es ja schon, du musst für einen non-US Keyboard die /etc/mkinitcpio.conf mit paar HOOKS ergänzen, man muss nur zwischen Systemd und buysbox unterscheiden, kann mal später schauen was auf meinem lapi eingestellt ist.
If using the default busybox-based initramfs, add the keyboard and encrypt hooks to mkinitcpio.conf. If you use a non-US console keymap or a non-default console font, additionally add the keymap and consolefont hooks, respectively.
HOOKS=(base udev autodetect microcode modconf kms keyboard keymap consolefont block encrypt filesystems fsck)
If using a systemd-based initramfs, instead add the keyboard and sd-encrypt hooks. If you use a non-US console keymap or a non-default console font, additionally add the sd-vconsole hook.
HOOKS=(base systemd autodetect microcode modconf kms keyboard sd-vconsole block sd-encrypt filesystems fsck)
Regenerate the initramfs after saving the changes. See dm-crypt/System configuration#mkinitcpio for details and other hooks that you may need.

Ich machs jetzt anders, is mir viel zu kompliziert. Habs getestet und nicht hinbekommen.
Ok
Terminal öffnen.
Jetzt tippe ich mein Passwort mit Sonderzeichen ein.
Hier im Beispiel
shift+1234 ergibt in Deutsch (de) =
!"§$
Jetzt das Tastaturlayout in Amerikanisch (us) ändern, im Terminal eingeben;
Jetzt ist die amerikanische Tastatur aktiv, dasselbe nochmal, also wieder shift+1234 ergibt jetzt =
!@#$
Das wars. Ich schreibe mir die Zeichen auf und nehme die als Passwort. Da ich das ja nur einmal brauche und ich eh nicht sehe was ich eintippe ist das für mich ok.
