Hallo,

wie zwing ich LightDM dazu das er mir das Login Fenstern im Primary Display anzeigt?
ich hab schon folgendes versucht.

in /etc/lightdm/lightdm-gtk-greeter.conf

active-monitor=0

hat nicht geholfen.

in /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf

hilft auch nicht.

EDIT:Ich stelle gerade fest das alle neun Programme die ich starte im secondary Display starten. Obwohl unter -> Anzeigeeinstellen -> der DP-4 auf "Set as Primary" aktiv ist.
sieht jemand ein Fehler? Danke

Tausch mal die Kabel an der Grafikkarte.

hab ich gemacht jetzt steckt das DP in DP-0

wenn hier nichts weiter kommt, werd ich mich da mal hinsetzen und eine Lösung finden.
Der LG OLED ist neu, muss mich da noch rein-lesen usw. ich werde berichten wenn ich es gemeistert habe.

Der Fehler lag an der Einstellung /etc/lightdm/lightdm-gtk-greeter.conf
Ich hab die 0 einfach durch 1 ersetzt.

Diesen Fehler kann man einfach beheben indem man die Fenster Positionen zurücksetzt oder wieder ins aktive Fenster schiebt. Cinnamon merkt sich dann die Position.
